1) Using the website

You agree to use this website lawfully and only for purposes related to browsing and making reservations.

2) Reservations, availability, and confirmations

All bookings are subject to availability. When you place a reservation request, we will confirm the tour details and availability. Confirmation by us establishes the tour booking for the selected date and participants.

Meeting point, start time, and any specific instructions are provided in the booking confirmation or prior communications.

3) What is included

Tour inclusions (for example, guided services, route, and assistance for the tour experience) are described at the time of booking. Unless expressly stated, tickets, transport, meals, and personal expenses are not included.

4) Meeting point guidance

You must arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If you are late, the tour may continue according to schedule. If entry rules require it, you may need to comply with venue/security requirements.

5) Cancellation and refund approach

Cancellation terms and any applicable refund amounts are set out at the time of booking for the selected tour. If a tour is cancelled by temposcaley.com, we will offer an alternative date or refund where applicable.

6) Payment and mandatory consumer information (UA)

For distance/electronic contracting with consumers, the operator provides mandatory pre-contract consumer information and notices, including seller identity/location and the withdrawal/termination details where applicable, in accordance with Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів», стаття 13, стаття 14, стаття 15.

For electronic commerce, provider information is made available in a direct, simple, and stable manner in accordance with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII, стаття 7.

Information for consumers in electronic commerce is provided with due regard to the state language requirements applicable in Ukraine, in accordance with Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» (provisions on the procedure for applying the state language in electronic commerce).

7) Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, temposcaley.com is not responsible for events outside our reasonable control (including transport delays, weather conditions, or venue restrictions). Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

8) Disputes and applicable law

These Terms are intended for tours offered in Ukraine. Any disputes will be handled in good faith and in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.

9) Personal data and cookies

If you submit forms (including booking requests/contact requests) or otherwise provide personal data, we process it in accordance with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI and applicable requirements for user rights and lawful processing.

Where analytics/marketing identifiers and cookies are used, disclosure and consent/control are provided in line with Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» № 2297-VI and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.
